Sherry is a business coach and change management consultant providing valuable growth and development services to individuals and businesses. She specializes in working with persons who want more from their lives than they currently receive and with businesses that understand that psychology is a powerful component in business success.

Sherry works with businesses to master change and ease transition. Together they identify roadblocks and create solutions. She is an expert in the psychology of change and often works with individuals and organizations undergoing reorganization, layoffs, restructuring, or introducing new products and technology. She also guides business managers through special challenges including:

In her role as a coach, Sherry works with individuals to cultivate their leadership skills, address performance issues, get more from their work experience, improve work-life balance, identify roadblocks to their ideal future and chart a course to reach their short or long term goals. She creates powerful relationships, and provides high profile professionals a safe place to work through incidents and prepare for unusual challenges.

Sherry has an educational background in psychology and human behavior. She has trained and practiced as a psychotherapist and has more than 30 years experience in business working in management positions with finance industry leaders such as JP Morgan Chase, CitiMortgage, Principal Insurance Group/Principal Residential Mortgage and PMI Mortgage Insurance Company.

Sherry has a passion for helping others living with chronic illness or in transition following the death of a loved one. She owns and operates a psychotherapy practice that provides a positive psychological coaching approach to persons living with disease and their caregivers.

Sherry is a member of the American Psychological Association, Organizational Development Network, Institute of Management Consultants and International Association of Positive Psychology, American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She has served on the board of the National Brain Tumor Foundation, Homeowners.com and COPE. She volunteers with the Susan B. Komen Race for the Cure and The Doughy Center for grieving children and families. She is also a speaker, trainer, and author. She participates as a guest instructor on the business of consulting at Webster University.

Sherry is a graduate of Jacksonville University and holds a Master of Arts in Psychology from Webster University, St. Louis, Missouri. She is a registered marriage and family therapy intern with the State of Oregon.

A Florida native, Sherry now lives with her husband Dennis in Portland, Oregon.
