Coaching is an ongoing collaborative partnership built on taking action. This is a powerful alliance between a coach and a client. It is an effort based on self reflection for a client and, in response, the art of providing feedback, insights, tools and guidance from the outside vantage point of the coach. The process is an ebb and flow of information inside a trusting relationship that addresses issues that the client chooses. Those may range from strategic career change, a new career path, addressing a performance issue, a work/life challenge or more.

Individual coaching sessions are most often conducted by telephone. Team and Leadership sessions are generally face-to-face in your office or mine, in the local Portland area.
